Demonstration Classes
Demonstrations are lively presentations in which the instructor unfolds the complexities of a recipe or technique. Students are encouraged to ask questions and will leave the class with the knowledge they need to recreate the experience at home. Classes are approximately 2 hours long and will be taught by our Chefs or associates; 8 students per class.
Hands-On Classes
On our Hands-On Classes students have the opportunity to participate by recreating recipes or applying different techniques right on the spot. Students will be taught, guided, will be given all tools and materials they need and they will walk out knowing they have gotten their hands dirty (literally). Classes are approximately 2 hours long and will be taught by our Chefs or associates; 8 students per class.
Special Classes
Special Classes could be anything. From a class you put together with your friends to learn how to prepare that something you like so much to a how-to-decorate-a-cake party for your kids. You name it, we facilitate it; 8 students or 10 kids per class.

We accept cash, personal checks, or if paying by credit card we will send you an electronic invoice through Paypal.
Cancellation Policy
If we need to cancel a class, we will let you know 48 hours in advance.
If you need to cancel a class, full refunds will only be given if you do so at least 48 hours before the class starts.
